The Smart Technology for a Smarter Business Program is a highly practical training curriculum that enables small business owners and managers to build a smarter business with technology.

Produced in 2006, through the sponsorship of HP, the Smart Technology for a Smarter Business Program builds on industry research and experience to provide training that addresses the specific challenges and opportunities faced by small businesses around the world. The training is designed to explore Information and Communication Technology solutions that will enable small business to become more efficient and profitable.

The Smart Technology for a Smarter Business Program is ready-to-use in several languages. It is modular and free, allowing trainers to use, and optionally customize, the program to suit their specific needs.

Trainees can use the Program to gain new or enhance existing skills by attending a training seminar in your area.

The Program is currently managed by the Making Cents Consortium. Trainers and Train-the-Trainer courses are available by contacting Making Cents International.
